Easter Egg Peanut Butter Nest
This is an easy, no-bake treat for Easter that is incredibly delicious! These Easter egg nests have a delicious peanut butter flavor that is enhanced by white chocolate. The white chocolate adds a perfect and light additional flavor that will keep you going back for more! Let’s not forget about the amazing crunch these have which really brings these treats full circle. These are an ALL AROUND amazing treat!
To make them you’ll need:
Instructions
Top Tips
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips until all of the chips are completely melted
In a large bowl, add the melted chocolate and combine the powdered sugar and peanut butter until fully incorporated
Mix in the chow main noodles
Prep a cupcake tin with non-stick spray
Add tablespoon full of the mixture to each cupcake cavity and create a little nest in the middle
Top each nest with the M&Ms or Mini Cadbury Eggs
Freeze until set; about 15 minutes
Helpful Tips:
Don’t add too much of the mixture; just about a tablespoon or less is enough. Otherwise, they’ll be too big to eat
I highly suggest storing these in the fridge, although they can be left out at room temp.
Storing them cold helps keep the chocolate from getting too tacky/melty
I liked using white chocolate but you can also use butterscotch chips. This will also give it a nice light flavor that won’t overwhelm the peanut butter
If you don’t want to use chow mein noodles you can also use mini pretzel sticks or Rice Krispies
